KEEP IT SIMPLE SASSY.  For real.  You can lose all the weight you want with four simple steps:

1.  Hire a weight loss coach. (don’t want to hire me, no problem.  Go to the Life Coach School website and find one that’s right for you)

2. Learn to manage your mind around food.  (see step one)

3.  Plan your food and follow your plan. (see step two)

4.  Eat according to your hunger scale.  (see steps one through three)


That’s it.  Seriously.  No more drama llama.  Keep that sh*t simple.  And keep being sassy.
