Most of us overeat to buffer our busy and stressful lives. We don’t even realize we are using food to make our days easier. This becomes an ingrained neural pathway that can’t be overcome with calorie restriction, exercise or will power. The evidence is clear: If you don’t address why you use food to feel better in the first place, you won’t keep the weight off. That’s where I come in. Through intensive one-on-one coaching, I will help you discover why you overeat even when you want to lose weight. You will no longer feel driven by food, and you will feel in control. You will gain peace, energy and a sense of purpose as you transition into and through menopause.
